1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item was purchased directly from GrassIQuantum.
  • The return request is made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification are not eligible for a refund.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us — Email our support team with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions — We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item Back — Use the original packaging if possible and include all accessories/manuals.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item (e.g., defective unit), we’ll cover the return shipping and send the replacement at no additional cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Custom-built cables or modified items
  • Digital products, software, or licenses once delivered

6. Warranty Claims

All GrassIQuantum products come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your item fails during the warranty period, contact us for repair or replacement options.
